We are a privately-owned, NSI and BAFE approved security installation company with over 30 years’ experience - based in Hertfordshire. We are looking for a security salesperson to join our sales team covering both domestic and commercial properties. Predominantly working in Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Surrey and Buckinghamshire.

As a Security and Fire Business Development Manager/Surveyor, you will be a key player in growing the business. All sales are incoming leads (no cold calling!). You will have the freedom to sell into a range of sectors in both domestic and commercial sites.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record within the Sales/ Security Surveying world however we will consider someone who has previous security engineering experience looking to make the cross-over to sales.

Ideal Candidate:

• You will be an existing salesperson from within the fire and security industry.
• Experienced producer of detailed design estimates with meticulous attention to detail.
• You should be confident in identifying new business leads.
• You should be self-motivated and dedicated.
• Be able to build partnerships with Architects, M and E Contractors and Main Contractors, both by telephone and field sales visits.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Carrying out site surveys/estimations to understand customer’s specifications and requirements.
• Liaising with Customers, Sales teams and Engineers to create designs, proposals and quotations for, and not limited to; CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Door Entry, Access Control & Fire Alarm Systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems + Fire / BAFE 203
• Build and maintain business relations with existing key clients.
• Proactively research, identify and convert new business opportunities in line with the company’s top customer profiles to build sales pipelines achieving targets set.
• Ensure quotations are delivered within the deadlines provided and updated on to internal CRM system and ensure follow-up on quotations, negotiate and close outstanding opportunities with the customer.
• Application of health and safety standards.
• Good overall knowledge of industry products.

• Competitive starting salary of between £28,000 – £38,000pa basic (Depending on experience) with guaranteed monthly commission on top.

We are a privately-owned, NSI Gold and BAFE approved security installation company with over 30 years’ experience - based in Hertfordshire and West London. We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join our team covering both domestic and commercial properties.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge/experience within some of the below areas, however we do offer training to support progression in our fields.

• Intruder Alarms (Texecom, Pyronix, Risco, Galaxy)
• Fire Alarms (Haes Systems)
• IP & Analogue CCTV systems (Hikvision)
• Access control / Door entry systems (Paxton, BPT)

We also require the successful candidate to have a full driving license (an IPAF Licence would be a bonus but not essential). We will also carry out Security Screening, Police & DBS checks. The candidate will also be required to join the On-Call rota (currently 1 week in 8).
