Octagon were tasked with installing a CCTV system in UUWT’s car park to provide high definition surveillance of the area. We specified Hikvision bullet cameras for this particular installation as their features and versatility made them a perfect choice for the car park. Both cameras utilise Darkfighter technology to provide high definition images round the clock, and maintain the colour of the image when in darkness for longer than a standard CCTV camera possibly could. This is a huge benefit for the trust as they can rest assured that their car park is under the watchful eye of cameras that are capturing crystal clear footage 24/7. Alongside the pole-mounted cameras is a high security steel enclosure. It is vital that the electronics for the CCTV system are well protected.

To install the anti-climb pole our engineers carried out the necessary groundwork and construction required for a concrete base to be created. This would provide a solid foundation for the pole to be mounted on, securing it in position. Our team ensured the site was left tidy and responsibly disposed of all the waste materials from the groundworks.
